The Canadian Foundation Center for International Education (CFCIE) is a trans-national education organization (Head Office in the Airport Corporate Center of Toronto), having the mandate to establish the ¡°Sino-Canadian International College¡± (SCIC) and ¡°Sino-Canadian International School¡± (SCIS), the chain post-secondary and secondary level of education institutes, in China.

For over 18 years, Professor Samuel RONG, Founder & President of CFCIE, has contributed significantly to the friendship, culture and educational exchanges between Canada and China including receiving and hosting seminars in Canada, accumulating thousands of personnel for government and business leaders of China; assisting and placing more than 200 students and scholars from across China to North America, UK and Australia.(more)
